Community member and NEHS parent Kai Weybright expressed the profound impact Ms. Samson had on students, stating, “Please pray for my daughter and all the NEHS students who were blessed to experience the positive impact of Ms. Amy Samson’s gift as an art educator. She was tragically taken in an automobile accident en route to the high school this morning. Please also include all of Ms. Samson’s family and friends as well, who are having to process this horrific and unexpected event. No one day is ever guaranteed for any of us. Hug your loved ones. Tell them you love them. May the Lord bless you all. Oh yeah, I love you all. Every single one of you.”
