Life is so precious, and 17 years is far too young to leave this world. Sophie and Jorie have been friends since third grade, cheering together until ninth grade. Even though our girls no longer cheer together, Cindy, Monica, Cheris, Brandy, and Keisha have remained a close-knit group, supporting each other through everything. I love these ladies dearly. When one of us hurts, we all hurt. Right now, my friend is in unimaginable pain, and I wish I could take it away.
