James Charles Jones is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds. He has a noticeable scar on his right leg and requires a walker for mobility. At the time he was last seen, Jones was wearing black pants, a green checkered shirt, glasses, and a rubber bracelet inscribed with a scripture. He also had a black folding wallet with him.
