Mrs. Susan Myers was a compassionate and kind individual with a deep commitment to her community and those around her. Goal-oriented and always ready to lend a hand, she provided quality education and support to her students throughout her 28-year career in the field. A proud graduate of the FCCC Early Childhood Education program, she excelled academically and later served as a Preschool Staff member at NOCAC. She held a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and an Associate Degree in Pre-Kindergarten.
Four County Career Center’s Early Childhood Education Program
The Four County Career Center is dedicated to equipping students for success in higher education and various career paths through real-world educational experiences. Partnering with twenty-two school districts across Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams counties in northwest Ohio, the center provides unique educational opportunities. During their junior and senior years, students can choose from thirty career and technical programs designed to be both rewarding and challenging. Currently, over one thousand students are enrolled, representing approximately 28 percent of the region’s sixth and seventh graders.
In addition to its educational offerings, the Four County Career Center also provides adult programming and business services aimed at enhancing employability and productivity in the local community. Approximately 2,000 adult students take advantage of various programs annually, including those in health, public safety, industrial training, information technology, and human resources.
